@theglassmagazine: The Spring/ Summer 2026 menswear collections strike a compelling balance between polish and provocation. Relaxed suiting, fluid shirting, and tactile fabrics catching the light lend the season an effortless allure of nostalgia. It’s a mood inspired by the enigmatic magnetism of cult screen icon Udo Kier, whose early collaborations with Andy Warhol and Paul Morrissey in Blood for Dracula, later appearance in Gus Van Sant’s My Own Private Idaho, and cameo in Madonna’s provocative book Sex helped define an era of fearless, transgressive cool. With his passing this past December, the resonance feels all the more poignant. Alas, an ode to Udo brought to life by model Luka Hoogedeure in Paris for Glass Man’s Digital Spring cover.
