How I Changed My Self-Talk in <60 seconds.. I woke up with bad negative self-talk this morning.. I wasn’t excited.. I wasn’t happy.. I wasn’t “in the mood” today… now.. the OLD ME .. would let those EMOTIONS dictate how my day went… I wouldn’t take action.. I wouldn’t work on myself.. I wouldn’t do the things I NEED TO DO to really make a change OR .. if something NEGATIVE happened to me during that day.. I would’ve talked down to myself.. example - get a bad reaction from someone.. or a negative comment.. or something stressful / negative would happen throughout my day… AUTOMATICALLY i would have this negative self-talk that would pop into my head “you suck.. you’re not good at this.. you’ll never be good at this.. why even try…” OR that same voice would be steering me AWAY from doing the “uncomfortable” things  and instead it would be pushing me towards vices & bad habits… F*** THAT! TALK TO YOURSELF PROPERLY. YOUR SELF-TALK IS EVERYTHING! YOU control HOW YOU talk to yourself… NOT OTHER PEOPLE NOR THE WORLD AROUND YOU! AND THE OTHER THING THAT SHOULD DICTATE YOUR SELF TALK IS… DID YOU TAKE THE ACTION THAT YOU KNOW YOU SHOULD BE DOING ? !! you’re worried about the REACTION ! I’M FOCUSED ON THE ACTION ! And every time I take the right step… ITS A F*** YEAH, LETS GO! The world will respond to you EXACTLY the way you are feeling about yourself It bleeds out into your communication and way you carry yourself throughout your day to day TALK TO YOURSELF PROPERLY.
