@opinion.wali.baji: A wife is not asking her husband to fight the whole world. She is asking him not to become a silent spectator when her dignity is being hurt. Islam commands husbands to live with their wives in kindness: "And live with them in kindness (ma'ruf)." (Qur'an 4:19) Respect is not just about providing food, clothes, or a home. It is also about protecting your spouse's dignity, speaking with justice, and ensuring that no one humiliates them unnecessarily. There is a difference between sincere advice and public humiliation. Islam encourages justice, wisdom, and good character—not silence in the face of wrongdoing. This series is not about creating conflict between families. It is about understanding the rights that Allah has given to wives and the responsibilities He has placed upon husbands. What do you think?
