Trying to take more iron without compromising any other vitamins has me in tears.😭 Because what do you mean calcium will block iron absorption but also you need calcium.

Yeah well I’m pregnant in third trimester when i had to go to the hospital for a massive migraine and low low energy and nausea even taking iron pills and vitamin c and still feel bad

I tack iron tablets and then its to much for my sistim and I get constipated and tired so I have to stop and then I get tired because I need to tack it to keep my body going. its frustrating. 😩
