@fitfooddiary: Replying to @Mollie davis ❤️ One of the most requested recipes from my recent Tesco Budget Meal Plan (plan 4) 🙌 (Scroll down my page to see the rest of the recipes from the series 👀) Every recipe is fully macro-counted to help you fit them easily into your daily calories & macros ✨ Creamy Sweet Chilli Beef Pasta Per portion: 626 calories 45g protein 76g carbs 15g fats Ingredients (makes 2 portions): 250g 5% fat beef mince 140g (uncooked weight) pasta 1⁄2 red onion 1 pepper 60g reduced sugar sweet chilli sauce 20g tomato puree 100ml stock 30g light soft cheese 50g reduced fat cheese 20g honey 2tsp chilli powder 1tsp garlic powder salt & pepper sprinkle of chilli flakes dried parsley In a pan fry off and break up the mince In another pan boil the pasta Season with salt, pepper, garlic and 1tsp chilli powder Once almost cooked, pour over 1⁄2 of the sweet chilli sauce and the honey and stir until nice and sticky then remove from the pan Then fry off the diced onion and pepper Season with garlic then add the tomato puree, chilli powder, the rest of the sweet chilli sauce and the stock Stir through the soft cheese and the reduced fat cheese until a nice creamy sauce is formed Once the pasta is cooked, drain and stir through the sauce and the beef mince Top with some chilli flakes and dried parsley You can easily adjust the ingredients to make this fit your own calories & macros depending on your goals 💪 Let me know which recipe you want to see next in the comments ⬇️ And if you want the FULL 5-day meal plan — including price-pointed shopping lists & easy step-by-step guides — head to my Patreon, linked in my bio 🤍
