@mteo.shreds: Alright I’m stopping the gatekeeping ! As a reference, I train U/L : 3-4 times Upper per week = 12-16 sets for back every week. I put back in the beginning / middle of my workout since most exercises are compound movements meaning they require more overall effort. Reps in reserve are very important especially when you train based on “high frequency, low volume” so that you don’t overtrain… “omg he said do not overtrain” I bench 180kg meaning those twink sbl jokes do not work on me 🥀.
