I called to make sure I was good to start back at work to be informed that I will be demoted and I would be getting starting pay I have been there 12 years and where I live it’s legal to do sadly so I’ll be refusing and starting a new job if I’m getting paid less and starting at the bottom then I will go somewhere else that will at least start me at a little hire rate I have two kids and that place only ever acted like high school drama
