i have a plugin that changes my movement from standard to legacy every time i unsheathe my weapon. it lets me keep the backwards walk when i’m not in battle but i can also move more freely in battle 💃🏼💃🏼

One of those I use. the other two I just like the original way. personal preference. However, femroes are the best. just wanted to add that in there. 🥰🥰

I could not get used to the legacy setting for some reason. I tried it and I hate it but i am also a long time MMO player and used to the standard one.

One setting I highly recommend is in Character Config, Control settings, Target, under Ground Targeting settings (gamepad mode) is Limit ring movement to targeting range. It’s off by default but turn it on. This will limit the NIN movement Spector only as far as it works for and in Praetorium how far the aoe canon works
