I was on 5mg of Lexapro for 11 years and just went up to 7.5mg...I took 10mg 1 day and literally sat on my couch and didnt say a word for 5 hours....hahaha...Its definitely NOT a placebo I am so incredibly sensitive to medications.

Some people are more sensitive to certain medications! I’m on 40mg of Prozac, but 5mg of melatonin will knock me out for 2 days 😂

I’m on the lowest dose of duloxetine which is not considers an “effective dose” but it totally changed my life too. Some people are just more sensitive so lower doses work for us.
