@enrightauto: This is what works for Me. It doesn’t mean it’s going to be perfect for you especially if you work on waiters as well. But don’t let that be your excuse you make to yourself to not manage what you do have and always under promise and over deliver

If you schedule three cars a day and don’t get those three cars done that day how do you go about that if the rest of the week is scheduled with cars? I personally leave Fridays open for a “catch up day” but one day isn’t always enough. Just curious how you go about it, especially since we don’t know what the vehicles need until we do our diag/inspections. Some cars may need a half hour worth of work some may need 9.5 hours

As an independent shop in your local area where are you mostly sourcing your parts from to get them in a timely manner and also to be able to give a warranty on them once you’ve determined what you need? Are you making runs to get parts or are they delivered?
