Perfectly crisp on the outside with that soft, cheesy center we all love Ingredients: * 3 medium potatoes (partially boiled) * 1 cup mozzarella cheese (grated) * 1 tsp dry parsley * 1 tsp chilli flakes * ½ tsp garlic powder * Salt to taste * 2-3 tbsp cornflour * Maida slurry (for coating) * Breadcrumbs (for coating) Method: 1. Partially boil 3 medium potatoes, peel and grate them. 2. Add mozzarella cheese, dry parsley, chilli flakes, garlic powder, salt, and cornflour. Mix well to form a soft dough. 3. Shape into small tater tots. 4. Coat in maida slurry, then roll in breadcrumbs. Freeze for 30 minutes. 5. Deep fry on medium-high flame until golden and crispy.
