@traveltalkwithdaphne: Bear Jam in Yellowstone! 🐻 Why Traffic Stops Could Mean You’re About to See a Grizzly! 🚨 Ever been stuck in a “bear jam” in Yellowstone? That’s actually a good thing! When traffic suddenly slows or stops, it often means someone has spotted a bear nearby. Yellowstone is one of the best places in the Lower 48 to see wild grizzly and black bears—but wildlife always comes first. 🐻 Remember: • Stay at least 100 yards (300 feet) away from all bears. • Never feed or approach wildlife. • Stay bear aware and respect their natural behavior. • Be patient—the best wildlife moments happen when you let nature unfold. Seeing a bear in the wild is an unforgettable experience, and when we do it responsibly, we help keep both visitors and bears safe for generations to come. 👇 Follow for more wildlife, travel tips, and adventures! 🎟️ Book your adventure using the link below! #Yellowstone #GrizzlyBear #BearJam #Adventure #fyp

When I was young our family would go camping, and after dinner, we usually would take a walk after the dishes were done. We came upon a group of people in a circle, and my dad looked inside the circle and they had a bear surrounded taking pictures. There were children there with their parents, and my father said we are leaving NOW, because he was afraid the bear would feel threatened and charge. He drilled that in to us to never surround an animal like that, and I never forgot it. 😳
