people don’t seem to get that the speech wasn’t aimed at the average person, it was aimed at the big companies and executives who have the power to go greener but don’t for the sake of profit and their personal growth

Short comments under videos generally don't contribute to its promotion. They often don't contain enough information or engagement to attract the attention of platform algorithms. Social media and video hosting algorithms consider not only the quantity of comments but also their quality. Long, informative comments that spark discussion or offer interesting insights are likely to be ranked higher. Short comments can be perceived as spam or meaningless, which reduces their value. To truly help your video reach a wider audience, it's important to leave meaningful and engaging comments that can elicit a response from other viewers. This way, not only your video but also the overall engagement around it will increase, positively impacting its promotion.Short comments under videos generally don't contribute to its promotion. i don't think people understand spamming the SAME comments over and over again doesn't help bring awareness to a video 💔

I appreciate that you said 'that alone' because even the little things will stack up and help over time. But we all collectively have to hold people/companies responsible, just like you've stated. Just do as much as physically possible, even if that is downloading Ecosia or something else small, it will make a difference.

carbon footprint was advertised to displace the responsibility of pollution towards the people instead of the big companies

Genuinely, like, personal responsibility can be a good thing, but it can't make a dent in tackling climate change if billionaires are legally allowed to pay for commercial flights to SPACE and companies can abuse the forests to maximise profits.

I HATE it when big companies could very well be more ecological and humane, pay their staff better, use materials, machines that are better for the enviorment and help the enviorment by donating ect. But they don’t because all they care about is money. Once they’ve destroyed our planet and focused more and more money on themselves they’ll have no one to buy their services/items. Being a millionare is okay, being upper middle class is okay, being rich is okay. What’s not okay is people like Elon Musk for example being so selfish that they don’t stop to help others, don’t stop to think about the planet, I genuinely believe that all Elon Musk thinks of is money and how to get as much of it as possible. He could give each citizen of my country (Finland) 153 THOUSAND euros and still have plenty of money left. I hope the big companies and billionaires and our one very much disliked trillionaire either realise that they need to help the planet or that they go broke and can’t do anything about it. The Earth would thrive without us, but we would die without the Earth. And also I love the speech you gave it’s so true I don’t know how to explain it.

it sickens me the fact that some people may look at only ai, but not the more worse stuff, like nestle, big companies that also harm the planet, fast fashion on its own, how they underestimate plastic waste, how they misinterpret how dangerous pollution is, and how they also underestimate recycling too, yes, ai is also bad, but whats the use of only boycotting one danger when they also actively use other dangerous resources to their own satisfaction?

Spamming a comment will just push it further and further down the algorithm taking it away from those who actually NEED to hear it. You’re not helping, you’re forcing tiktok to recognise it as a bot littered, and spammed content, causing them to take it away from ALL of our algorithms.
