Tires might be ok for now but personally I’d probably swap those out for something new with good puncture resistance. I hate surprise flats on my work commute! Gatorskins or schwalbe marathons are cheap and effective. If you want something with less rolling resistance, continental gp 5000 are worth it imho. If you live in a rainy area, the salmon colored kool stop brakes are great for commuting.
