Not going to lie, had to re-watch this video because once you said "Hands on your knees", I spent the rest of the video singing the Cha-Cha Slide and missed everything else you said 😂

My issue with most of these exercises is the knees. My knees are hypermobile and hella unstable. Even when I do exercises to strengthen them I worry about them dislocating cause my knee caps just slide around doing their own damn thing.

Whenever I see an exercise I have trouble with the mobility off I look for alternative ways just like this. Example: I've never been able to do push ups the same as other people. something about the way I position my elbows and it feels uncomfortable since I hold a lot of pain there. So I try to do it while leaning and pushing off a wall which greatly helps.

My heels don't touch the ground when I try to squat like that... like REALLY don't touch the ground. I can't get my calves to stretch far enough. It's probably b/c I've been a toe walker since I learned to walk.

I stretch and mobility exercises every day at 73. It is amazing how much better one can feel when they are stiff in the morning! Thank you all your videos! Your alternatives are very helpful.

I miss my stretching classes. They were a perfect complement to strength training.
My gosh it's been 10 years and now I'm stuck with two injuries that walking is always in pain 😭
