as someone who frequently has both, constipation is worse. i hate feeling 10lbs heavier and feeling like i’m going to puke every time i eat

i’ve dealt with both. i’ll take diarrhea ANY day over constipation. constipation HURTS. you feel so uncomfortable and so bloated. had me doing those baby stretches at 3am for some sort of relief. diarrhea is annoying but it’s typically quick and painless.

I have lived most of my life extremely constipated but I am on specific meds that I now have diarrhea everyday and honestly I’m okay with it😂

I deal with both due to bowel endometriosis but my constipation is definitely worse. It’s so much more painful and uncomfortable.

So I’ve had both (IBS Queen over here) and diarrhea sucks but it at least relieves itself. Constipation is basically a nightmare and I feel bloated and awful (tho the first few days I don’t even notice cause it’s nice to not be pooping constantly)

I’ve had both. Chronic constipation IS WORSE. It’s way more painful and hard to fix. Diarrhea is just inconvenient & annoying tbh.

I alternate between the two 😂 I usually have diarrhea but I finally had a solid bowel movement for the first time in awhile. Spoiler it was just the plug holding back more diarrhea
