Vodka Parmesan Crispy Chicken Caesar Wrap 🌯🔥 
This wrap is ridiculously good!! (Serves 2) Chicken:
2 chicken breasts (butterflied + pounded thin)
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning Breading: * 1 cup flour + same seasonings * 2 eggs * 1 cup garlic herb breadcrumbs * ½ cup grated parmesan in the breadcrumbs  Dredge chicken: flour → egg → parmesan panko.
Let rest 5–10 minutes, then fry in 350–365°F oil for 3–4 minutes per side until crispy. Finish with freshly grated parmesan. Vodka Sauce
Sauté ¼ diced onion in 1 tbsp olive oil + 2 tbsp butter.
Add 3 cloves garlic, cook 30 sec.
Stir in 3 tbsp tomato paste and cook 2 min.
Add ¼ cup vodka, simmer 2–3 min.
Add ¾ cup heavy cream + ⅓ cup parmesan, salt & pepper. (Optional Calabrian chilies) Caesar dressing: 2-3 garlic cloves, chopped  2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice 1 tbsp Dijon mustard tsp  2 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 cup {240 g} mayonnaise ⅓ cup {80 ml} olive oil ½ cup {15 g} grated Parmesan cheese 1 tsp anchovy paste ½ tsp cracked black pepper In a medium bowl, whisk the garlic, lemon juice, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth. Whisk in the mayonnaise, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, anchovy paste, and pepper. Cover and set aside.  Vodka Caesar Dip
3 tbsp Caesar + 1 tbsp vodka sauce. Assemble
Warm tortillas. Toss chopped romaine with Caesar. Layer:

black pepper Roll tightly. Toast the wrap
