Right now, this is my rotation cereal and fruit with milk on Monday. Tuesday is homemade muffin with fresh fruit and milk. Wednesday is yogurt fresh fruit, and milk. Thursday is biscuit with fresh fruit and milk and Fridays is homemade pancakes with blueberries in it with a banana and milk. If I don’t have a grain in the morning, we serve it at lunch once in a while at snack as long as whole-grain is once a day it doesn’t matter when it’s served.

So obviously you know them better than random strangers on the internet, but my first thought is just adding like yogurt to that. I know dietary reqs are different for different ages but I’m surprised at the lack of protein

new follower here 🫶 I have 4 kids, 2 girls and 2 boys, my older girls are very picky, my toddler son will eat anything put in front of him. We love pancakes, waffles, oatmeal, french toast, scrambled eggs, cereal, yogurt parfaits, hot ham sandwiches, you can add eggs. DIY breakfast bowls, there is so much you can try.

My kids eat bagels with cream cheese most days! I always have fruit available but they don’t always eat it.

my kids have been loving zucchini fritters. grated zucchini with egg, spices, and cheese (sometimes I add flour to make it come together if it's watery from the zucchini) served with ketchup (the universal toddler pleaser.
