I have electric shock pain in my neck and fingers. Muscle fasciculations. Visual snow and high high high myopia. No flashes yet. Forgetting words/memories. I went to neurology and had an MRI, MD says I don’t have MS because I only have 1 white matter lesion and you need 3+. But what about the other stuff 😭

do you get toe spasms and they kinda lock out of place and don't move back its so painful but I have a few of the symptoms you are describing along with the toe spasms

The flashes in your eyes, is it one eye or both? blue flash? I get the same and its always lower right hand side and no one can figure out why it happens. I also have 90%of your symptoms

The flashes sound like occular migraine... They tend to have food and smell triggers too

For me it’s coffee? It’s so crazy but I feel like I can see white dots in my vision after I have a certain type of coffee.

I’m seeing a neurologist for this as basically every specialist I’ve seen thinks I have this. What about head pressure, do you get that? I’m wondering if that’s linked or a different problem
