I have been to that place many times, we have done Team building activities twice and we have never experienced such. It is such a promising Venue with a lot of renovations taking place. It is easily accessible with a very nice atmosphere, gym was on point, if the customer service is an issue then I think it can be improved anytime. The manager is such a good listener and I am sure he will take action.
