I haven't heard anything about a shutdown. My brother's expires in 2 days and still says under review. He's homeless so this helps him tremendously and it's supposed to be an auto renewal for the homeless but the workers act like they dont even know the rules posted on their own website. He has called twice and they say nothing is missing it's just still under review. 😩 We are in Texas. He's also submitted a letter from his Dr last year saying he can't work due to COPD and mental issues.
