Back Acne Transformation Alert‼️ I’ve battled with stubborn acne for years, making me feel self-conscious and uncomfortable. I tried countless products and treatments, but nothing seemed to keep it from coming back. Then, I started to think about my approach to fitness. 🏋🏼‍♀️ Just like clearing my skin, achieving my fitness goals required dedication, consistency, and a deep understanding of my body. It wasn’t following trends or quick fixes, but learning what worked best for me and my body. The same principle applied to my skin. Acne is a sign of inflammation or an imbalance, and to truly clear my skin, I needed to get to the root cause and look at my lifestyle habits too. While I was doing the work on the inside, I needed external treatment to help get rid of the blackheads which were leading to the big inflamed spots. That’s where the wonderful Michelle came in. We did extractions and chemical peels to clear the blackheads alongside at home treatments with my body wash and topical creams to help soften the blackheads. My pores are quite big on my back which makes them super prome to clogging.
