The way people get mad when someone feels confident in their body is wild. Suddenly it’s “you’re vain” or “you want attention.” Like… people are allowed to feel good about themselves. If a plus size woman said she loved her body, everyone would call it confidence and empowerment. It’s okay to admire your own body and be proud of how you look, especially when you know the work, discipline, and effort you’ve put into getting there.
