I gained 50 lbs when I was pregnant I’m 11 weeks post partum and I’ve been trying to go on walks with my baby but he always wakes up and starts screaming in the middle of our walk and I get so stressed so now I’m just avoiding it 😭

Yes I told myself once summer hits I was going to go for walks and I have but not as much as I wanted to. So when I woke up this morning I set an alarm on my phone for the days I’m off to ho for a walk
