✦ STRATA — Cantilevered Office Campus | 2026 A building that reads as stacked plates in mid-slide, held together by a single diagonal move. The whole massing works as a set of horizontal bar-volumes, each one cantilevering further than the one below it until the upper floors hang well past the glazed ground plane. Nothing aligns edge to edge — every slab shifts its own direction, so the facade reads as a controlled stack rather than a stable tower, held in tension rather than resting in place. A sharp diagonal stair cuts straight through the composition on the building's corner, threading between the cantilevered plates like the one element holding the whole stack together — equal parts circulation and structural signature. The rooftop terraces do the humanizing work. Pine, cypress, and olive planting crowns several of the upper setbacks, softening the raw concrete mass and giving the building a green profile against the sky that changes as you move around it. At street level the glazed base runs continuous and transparent, letting the lobby read straight through to the avenue outside — the hard geometry above resolving into an open, approachable ground floor. Inside, the same diagonal logic carries through in steel and glass rather than concrete. A folded staircase zigzags through a full-height atrium, dark structural steel and frameless glass balustrades tracing the same angled language as the exterior stair. Sunlight rakes low across polished stone floors and glass-walled offices, while a reception desk anchors the double-height lobby beneath the stair's underside — every level visible from the ground, the building's section made legible the moment you walk in.
