when I sit in the lunch room at school if I sit there for more than 5 minutes my mind will separate people's voices in the lunchroom so I can hear specific person's conversation they'll be like three tables over and my mind just centers there voice

nah I'll be honest I've never taken meds for it but you make yourself fully aware of how different you are you can start to take control of it use the restlessness from it and turn I to hard work progress goals. we're different understand that but don't let it dictate who you are as a person.

I have Inattentive ADHD and I got diagnosed this year at 29 years old after living a life of question and struggle. I started Vyvanse and it has single handedly changed my life,my view of life and my entire personality. I am significantly happier on a daily basis and without my terrible social anxiety I am able to actually function like a normal happy person in public. I’m able to have a cleaner life because I can actually complete task at home without even having the feeling or forcing myself to crawl out of bed. I can go on all day about how many things in my life that’s changed and gotten better but I will forever always motivate people to seek help and just be extremely honest with what you’re dealing with. There is always a solution
