At 25 if they reach the average salary of £37k they will only be able to put a property worth £180k with that deposit. Pretty impossible to do in the south east

I ask £120 per month and I take it! My child earns more than me, Ive worked hard so it’s his job now to work hard to save for his house/ life etc . No way am I saving for him because £120 doesn’t cover him staying at home.
