The most logical speculation is this: the fact that we as sentient, conscious beings experiencing this 'life' is prima facie evidence that it could have, and likely did, occur previously, and could, and likely will, happen again. Lack of memory of possible previous existence is totally irrelevant.

The best way I can explain this concept is with sleep if you are a deep sleeper you know sometimes if you fall asleep it’s like ur drifting off and then boom it’s morning and ur awake but you weren’t feeling anything or experiencing anything between those hours of sleep you get a glimpse of nothingness

Your past self and current self exist as two completely different sets of particles in two different points of space. And if time is an illusion, your past self and current self exist simultaneously and independently of eachother. That means the only thing connecting yourself to both the younger and future version of you is context. When we die, as long as the context of you being alive appears again after an incomprehensible amount of time, I dont see why you wouldn't be alive again.
