I started breaking out 3 years ago, got my IUD out, and started spiro. Didn’t work, then I did face reality acne boot camp for almost 2 years, had great results but it all came back. I got exhausted with all the appointments, extensive routines, and expensive products. I’m now 6 months into accutane. Of course all of my products and makeup are acne safe / non hormonal disrupting. Literally the most draining and heartbreaking process ever

i used face reality products for 2-3 years and then my hormonal acne came back. this is honestly only a temporary solution… you have to start from within your body, given that it’s your hormones that are out of wack. i still use good skin care etc!!! but ONLY relying on skin products for hormonal acne wont last you
