I've been a loyal T-Mobile customer for over 15 years, and for more than two months I've been trying to recover my phone number after a failed Transfer of Liability. I've called, visited stores, and spoken with business support and managers, but no one has been able to resolve it. Can someone from the Executive Response Team please help?

Why does tmobile charge new customers activation fees for BYOD, then never activate the device. Just to say the device isn't compatible unless I buy a phone, then tell me they're refunding me, then rather than refund the activation fee they bill me for a service I never used

I can’t even use my phone. No one at t mobile can help and no one at Apple can help. Needs updated and the notification wont go away. I’m not paying my bill until you fix it and I’m switching companies.
