heres my tiramisu recipe: my dad got this from his restauraunt job ( mightve forgot some stuff not sure maybe i coulduve left some stuff ) Begin with the lady fingers We start off with 4 eggs whites whisk to stiff peaks then mix with the yolks afterwards add flour (400g) (300g)of sugar baking soda 80ml of warm water 80ml of oil mix pour into tray 185 celcius for round 15-30 mins depending on your oven Let it rest till cold then prepare coffee then whisk whites with 4 eggs sugar ( 300g) then add yolks 100-300g of mascaporne add rum or any liqeur tbh just a splash pretty sure the mixtures done i dont remember any more then put the lady fingers you made first pour warm coffee then layer your mascaporne mixture then repeat intill you add cacao on top
