when getting chased by the killer if possible try to run to a part of the map where gens are completed not towards your teammates working on the last gens this is called sandbagging and it is a dyk move

or just use potential energy carry a medkit use sprint burst deliverance and windows/ 5 moves ahead, huge game changer for ppl who enjoy gens and chase and who like to pressure the killer + be gd at looping

but when its NOT A COMPETATIVE game why are we so heavy on telling people they're selling or "throwing" a match as a survivor. You know what brings people back to DBD? As a survivor you can play in SO MANY different ways to help your team or survive or have fun with your friends even if you die in the process. please stop urging people away as if they are "throwing" your matches when the hatch spawns for a reason and you have every chance as the others to survive 🖤

I think taking the chance at the beginning and "switching spots" with the killer is one of my better strategies. I'll avoid the Gens I spawn closest too and go to where I estimate the killer spawned and start a Gen there. usually buys me enough time to pop the first one! the only con is how vulnerable crossing the map is; it definitely works better on some maps than others

I had a game today where we all spawned at shack with a gen and I was the only 1 to go to a different gen while the rest 3 man’d a single gen :/

As a demogorgan player make sure you close my portals that are next to finished generators so i can get my portals back totally bad for me

I also find the detective tap perk detectives hunch helpful for avoiding 3 gens ,it also shows you things other than gens :)

If ur being chased take the killer towards your teammates doing gens that helps pressuring the killer into making a decision yeah
