This is what I thought I had. And I went and got evaluated by a psychiatrist and they said it was neither. They said it was just PTSD with anxiety.

I was diagnosed with adhd at 7. Found out I’m Audhd by age 28. I’m 31. I also have depression, anxiety, bi polar type 2, PCOs and PMDD.

Diagnosed AuDHD later in life. I subconsciously taught myself masking behaviors to deal with all of it and live a mostly unrestricted life, but it really is just exhausting.
