The sad thing is there’s meds for ADHD but not autism. So your prescribed medication for adhd and notice the autism rocket and the adhd symptoms lower. Yet adhd has many great benefits all on its own but together is mentally tough

Diagnosed AuDHD later in life. I subconsciously taught myself masking behaviors to deal with all of it and live a mostly unrestricted life, but it really is just exhausting.

I was unaware I developed pathological loneliness from cptsd, autism, adhd, anxiety, consistent emotional abandonment (being lesbian might've added to the alienation too) that over 5 days I gradually went completely numb. I'm not sure if I had depression before it, someone mentioned they noticed symptoms but when I told people it was getting worse, no one fully understood. I can't cry, I don't feel sadness, loneliness, anxiety, anger or joy. Idk what to do to fix it. Just letting you know that this can happen subconsciously and adhd/autistic people are more likely to have it. I suspected alexithymia or anhedonia.

This is what I thought I had. And I went and got evaluated by a psychiatrist and they said it was neither. They said it was just PTSD with anxiety.
