That person at the salon shouldn’t have given your number out? Unless you use it for client contact, which some stylists do, but if she didn’t have it before I assume you do it through the salon or a website/social media page.

This is a Seinfeld episode! Where the guy asked for dinner from Jerry in exchange for an Armani suit he gave Jerry, that he didn’t even want. And he then keeps getting small things like a sandwich or soup multiple days from Jerry. And finally Jerry says ok this is it, this is the dinner, and the guy says “that’s not dinner u promised me a full nice dinner in a fancy restaurant, this is a sandwich in a coffee shop”. Then after Jerry buys him all this food, the guy says, “ya know what I’ll just take the suit back…” But Jerry already gave the suit away. Wow these people really exist!😂
