Corlys was being unreasonably I understand he wanted to legitimize and have a heir but to put Rheneyra in that position especially a day after the taken of kings landing and knowing she has bigger problems and when he didn’t get what he wanted he insult her I believe he was always like that but it’s better to back her than Ageon especially because of his late wife wish.

Emma is such an exceptional actor. They can convey so much through facial expressions. Rhaenyra looked on edge and exhausted but you could see how she was trying to keep it together and act strong, even through you could see it wasn’t 100% sincere. And then when she went to daemon’s room, you could see the mask fall and she just looked so vulnerable 💔💔

The conversation with Alicent about Viserys is especially interesting, because in Rhaenyra’s eyes he is still this good, peaceful ruler, while as viewers we saw that he was seriously ill and, in his final years, often didn’t even understand what was happening around him.
