Just.SomeDude :
no one is perfect. and this is a great place to vent bc its an ad lmao. i am empathetic, but im too scared to show it so i present as what i expect people want to see. i am logical, but my anxiety affects my efforts, motivation and thinking patterns because i havent learned how to suppress the oppresser. i use jokes to hide the pain, i make jokes about appearances to hide my own insecurity. i lie and deceive because i want or don't want something, but preach that honesty is the most valuable resource because i believe it. i only lie because i am scared. its all habit. its dna. coded from both of my parents, shaped by the people in my life and who are no longer in my life. but that i believe is the point of living. the reason to live. to grow, whether smarter, stronger or personally it doesn't matter. we all decide our purpose, and some people find it at 10, some people find it through trauma, some people don't find it until they are 50 or later. but its a value we hold to our hearts. so be a hypocrite at this point in your life. fail, repeat and fail again so that you understand and learn, "this doesn't work. let me try this" and its just a fact of the world. no one is born perfect, beautiful or a genius. its an affinity grown over time by a perceived confidence in a single trait. did that make any sense?
