On a happy note, I’ve been eating “jello” bc I have an autoimmune disorder that causes mouth ulcers and sometimes it’s all I can eat. And I always felt guilty about it, BUT I just found out that the kind I get (Snack Pack) are actually pectin based and vegan!!!

Yes very frustrating, I picked up a coffee creamer in the front it said Dairy Free and for some reason in the ingredient list it had Dairy .. smh lol also some Meatless nuggets I saw thinking maybe Vegan? had milk and eggs..

The other day I was looking for ice cream. I noticed that Häagen-Dazs had a tub labeled "plant-based," but it turned out it was only vegetarian—basically regular dairy ice cream made with milk. Why? 😭

I use the fig app for this reason entirely, too many of them are on the “plant based” train, I just put in everything and it filters out everything that’s not 100% vegan and I can learn why it’s not vegan
