The Brooklyn 28 slid off my shoulders so much when I started using it walking around, if that happens to you exchange it for the Brooklyn 34 it doesn’t fall off at all I think the longer drop length helps a ton!

Went to Coach for the Brooklyn, left with the Laurel! It’s perfect!!! Personally for me, the Brooklyn 28 was too small for the arm hole and the 34 was a lot of wasted space. Beautiful bag but I had to go with the Laurel 🫶🏻
