Has anyone actually had their phone searched? I’m genuinely interested. Never heard anyone say it’s happened to them. I go to the states from OZ frequently so I travel on an ESTA and never have had it happen or even seen anyone while there presenting their phone to officials.

i'm working in IT and my company has forbidden us to travel to the US with any of our usual company equipment (phone and laptop).. and all business meeting in the US must now be reviewed and approved by the head of security, and we're receiving specific laptops with nothing on it except a secure connection to non confidential ressources. That's the only country with such resuirements
