I think u mixed words "reishi" and "reiatsu". Reiatsu is the soul energy and Reishi is the soul particles. They may sound similar but are very diffrent

everyone assumed the petals for toshiro bankai were count down to it ending. assuming kenpach sword was constant release when he didint know its name. characters ignoring blatant hints that ichigo was not ordinary human, like byakuya in SS arc and ulquorra etc

This is what confuses me about the fullbrings because Ginjo is the one who explained how they got their powers but he is obviously an unreliable source but also I don’t know why Tsukishimas powers would’ve affected that information.

tbh that is a perfectly acceptable explanation in the first chapters. everybody already accepts that wholeheartedly. and then when kubo just casually shoved the real truth hundreds of chapters later, it makes you question a lot of things. like it makes you go back to the beginning and reasses everything. there is always a whole world of context behind something that already seems whole from the getgo. another example for me is tosen's motivation. his reason going against soul society is already acceptable. the system is corrupt. central 46 is corrupt and it extends to the gotei 13. but then in the light novels, the revelation is even more astounding. another simple one, orihime and chad's powers were caused by ichigo's influence on them. but then aizen revealed like hundreds of chapters later that it's because of the hogyoku that actually grants the heart's wishes. but then kubo added another layer much much later on in the fullbring arc that the fullbringers are born due to the hollows attacking their parents. the hollow reiatsu has been passed onto them. and then kubo kept adding on later that the reason why their mothers were attacked by hollows is because they have a fragment of the soul king. this explains why some of the fullbringer abilities are so powerful like orihime and even riruka who can contain an actual dimension into a small box.

A lot in the animated version of bleach is shown through the anime, more than explained so people have a lot of misunderstanding when it comes to things and don't really understand that the world is just on a higher level than most other story written worlds.

Im seeing some of these comments and its getting tiring how many bleach fans don’t know the fundamentals of the verse. Quincies absorb REISHI, particles that make up spiritual beings and objects. REIATSU is the actual energy used to power spiritual beings. Quincies don’t absorb reiatsu so ppl STOP saying he drained rukia’s reiatsu cuz he is part Quincy.
