fun fact Spironolactone is also used by people with high blood pressure. so it makes sense that high dose could lower your blood pressure making you dizzy. Also the diuretic effect helps lower blood pressure.

I love seeing your wavy hair so yes on the routine.. i have dry skin and don’t deal with acne really but you have convinced me to try that toner… I’m on a one brand routine and I’m switching between byoma and good molecules so will try moisturizer
