I had a colonoscopy after reading the doctors notes on the portal and the procedure, what meds used time in under and procedure itself etc…. The complete time of the camera being inside me 4 minutes and 7 seconds ( didn’t know they timed it) . That being said he told me he didn’t see anything and to come back for another colonoscopy in 10 years. I asked so what is with my abdominal cramps and bloating stomach then and what are we going to do next to find the issue. His response was nothing is wrong with you. Ok well I’m still having severe cramps and bloating and weight loss ( 10 lbs in two weeks with no diet changes) I was seriously curious about the actual time the scope was inside looking the computer file states time of insertion and time it is taken out was 4 minutes and 7 seconds. I definitely feel gaslit’ it was first time seeing this doctor I told him what I’d been dealing with he said colonoscopy and had it scheduled before I left his office and had it done in 3 days. Still have the same issues no explanation now I have been fighting 102 fever since the day after , yes I called his office to no response. What is your opinion or suggestions at this stage? Thank you

I’ve repeated these tests multiple times just to get told “you’re fine”. GI doctors really don’t care.

Just had an appt with a GI specialist yesterday, and not once did he mention any of these tests. Waited 4 months to see him.

I'm getting the campill my stomach is been so annoying I get pain cramps I burp a lot I have nausea every time I eat I don't want to eat anymore 😏

Wish I had seen this b4 yesterday: Also endoscopy doesn’t include the pancreas and spleen. Just discovered that yesterday when I went in for an endoscopy bc previous tests showed I have lesions on my pancreas. I waited 2 months for this and had told them about my symptoms. Never told it was an ‘upper’. Didn’t even know that existed. Found out just b4 the procedure. Need a special test: EUS or ERCP. And the facility doesn’t do it. I’m scheduled for a colonoscopy in two weeks. But now I have to drive an 1.5 hrs+ to find another hospital/facility. Rural health care. And the clock is running.

I had a colonoscopy yesterday. There were 2 polyps and a lipoma 1-4 cm. They took samples to biopsy and put a clip on it. I am prone to neurofibromas. Is this lipoma a concern?

I been doing that still nausea every time I eat they say my Small intestine is inflamed so know we going to do the campill will see is getting annoying, I don't want to eat seriously my stomach looks like I'm 8 months pregnant 😳
