You’ll never ever get a narcissist to see it. I don’t believe anybody that says they’re self diagnosed narcissist is I don’t believe it’s possible to diagnose that they are such assholes if you have a true narcissist.

It takes time and I mean years to come to grips after narc abuse. Notice how I don’t mention healing or recovery because that’s a whole other story. I’m not saying you can’t heal or recover but it’s a process that takes years IMO that no one talks about. There are so many coaches who try to sell 90 day programs or something like that to healing and recovery and that’s a scam IMO. I white knuckled it on my own journey.
