16-32gb is minimum for burner phone, 64gb minimum for main, 128gb comfortable, 256gb if you dont have cloud storage (8 is useless)

mind you that it was JUST 128 last year. i have a 256 iphone 17 pro max and i have 90 in free space with 20GB of music downloaded and all my pictures downloaded. you don't need more storage. You just need to know how to manage it properly. This is user error.💀

your problem in this instance is your OS. Apple is pathetic and doesn't give users much leverage when it comes to how one runs/ manages their phone. Us Android users do not have those issue where the system apps eat the majority of your availability storage
