@back2source_: Heavy metals aren’t just found in factories. They’re in the air we breathe. The water we drink. The food we eat. The products we put on our skin. Most people think heavy metal exposure only happens if you work with metals. It doesn’t. Research has linked long-term exposure to a wide range of health outcomes, which is why scientists continue studying where these metals come from, how exposure happens, and how to reduce it. In this post you’ll learn: • where heavy metals can be found • where they’ve been detected in the body • what health effects researchers have investigated • practical ways to lower your overall exposure • the role different binders and herbs may play in supporting the body’s natural detoxification pathways • common sources of mercury, lead, cadmium, arsenic and aluminum Everything shown in this carousel is based on publicly available research. Many of the studies referenced can be found through PubMed and other scientific databases. This isn’t about fear. It’s about understanding your daily exposure. You can’t eliminate every source of exposure. But you can lower your total toxic load over time by making better daily choices. The goal isn’t perfection. The goal is understanding what you’re exposed to. Question: What surprised you the most while reading this post? And if someone you care about is trying to reduce their exposure too, share this with them. #HeavyMetals #HeavyMetalExposure #EnvironmentalHealth #ToxicLoad #HealthAwareness

I stopped drinking the city water, or any processed water at all. I drink natural 100% spring water now for all cooking and hydration needs. I don’t eat a lot of meat because it slows digestion. I’ve been drinking green juices for decades now. I still crave sweets but my appetite is so different these days. I find myself craving natural, uncooked foods so much more than I used to. Life is good, and getting better. ❤️🩹
