Hey so everybody says “take creatine”, but my experience was not worth it. I gained fat (5kg+) and I got very bad acne. Once I stopped I lost all the weight and acne. I don’t know if I should take it now or not, because Im scared Im gonna gain weight and get acne again.

As a girlie who was quite chubby as a child, a similar start as the fitness journey you’ve shared, I’d really appreciate some advice! When I was about 11 or 12 I started doing Chloe ting home workouts and eating healthy, which obviously meant I lost a lot of weight. Then I was told I was getting TOO skinny so I ended up eating more in hopes to gain weight but then I gained more fat back than I would have liked. Safe to say my relationship with food isn’t great- I never know how much food I should eat it always ends up being too much or too little. I still want to loose fat and tone up more but I don’t know how to do so consistently considering my history with this kind of thing. I think your approach and mentality around fitness is really good so I thought I might as well ask ! Xx

hii i’ve been seeing you’ve gotten a lot of backlash for using peptides but HONESTLY which ones would you recommend? my boyfriend works in that field of expertise but he’s a MAN and i feel like no one (in the female gym community) is honest about what they use. i have been super disciplined for a couple years now but i feel like i really have plateaued in terms of lowering body fat.
