@itsaflavorfullife: Like… 🤯🤯🤯 So easy and effective!! This is how I served my “snacky breakfast buffet” for our 4th of July pool party this weekend! All you do is buy equal sized aluminum serving dishes, fill several with a layer of water, freeze until solid and then serve a second dish with your food in it on top! I learned this somewhere on the internet, I don’t remember exactly where, but have been using this trick for years! Make sure you’re following for all the entertaining tips and goooood eats! 🍉🍉🍉

you desperately need a third tray underneath with paper towels or newspaper to serve as an insulator if you're thinking long event. the aluminum is a good conductor so the ice will effectively be exposed to ambient temperature immediately without an insulator
