@saragonalves067:just an honest advice from someone that actually works for a car Rental: Next time you rent a car always pay for full insurance AT THE DESK when picking up the car and not a "full insurance" where you actually have a deposit to make because most of the Times you are not really 100% covered but like 50/75% covered. note: all year long the Rental price changes due to.the season, but the insurance with ZERO DEPOSIT will be most likely the same price everytime. and YES, the insurance can be more expensive than the car due to the season. It is not a scam when we ask you to prove the damage, that is just the stupiest thing I have ever eard, and I ear it all the time. As long as you have proofs you just have to show them and ITS ALL RIGHT!!

Lots of companies in Greece now make you insure the car’s undercarriage because of the damage from rocky roads and going over curbs. I have a great company we use every year in Crete with zero problems.

That’s why they rent them so low during high season. Next time check the reviews and I would recommend picking a company that has an office inside the terminal

You can get annual excess insurance or a couple for £30 in the UK that covers Europe too. Great for piece of mind. Claimed on it when a car was reversed into a hidden post, no problems. But you have to have all,the evidence for the claim to succeed, pics at time of accident, proof of payment to rental place etc.

Before taking the car you inspect it..every inch on teh outside and inside and you take pictures and video.
