@butternutbakery: Welcome back to fridge baked or in this case, freezer baked because we’re making no churn banana pudding ice cream!! It’s my two favorite summer treats in one. Here’s how to make it: 2 yellow bananas (not ripe, plus 1 for topping) 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk Pinch of kosher salt 1 tsp vanilla extract or paste 1 drop yellow gel food coloring (optional) 1 1/2 cups heavy cream, cold 2 tbsp powdered sugar 1 tbsp nonfat dry milk powder (optional) 2 cups nilla wafers, plus more for topping Blend bananas in a food processor, then blend in the scm, salt, vanilla, and food coloring until smooth. Now in a large bowl, whip the cream, powdered sugar, and milk powder on high speed until you reach stiff peaks, about 2 minutes. Don’t over whip. Pour in half of the banana mixture and fold to combine. Pour in the other half and crush in the wafers using your hands. Fold to combine. Pour into a dish (I use a deep pie dish) and top with more wafers. Cover and freeze overnight. Thaw for 10 minutes and top with banana slices. Enjoy!
