Glad to hear I’m not the only one having these thoughts! My biggest thought is we have to be more comfortable living in a work in progress. Our homes when we’re young shouldn’t feel already like someone who’s lived a whole life already. They should grow naturally and slowly over time!

Also I’ve seen people copy someone else’s space nearly identically like sure take inspiration but add your own personality to it don’t just copy and paste someone else’s design and work into your own space

I do not know the difference. 😭 I resonate with minimalism so much because I had adhd and my life is chaotic but I also absolutely love cottage aesthetic which is the opposite! So I keep buying things because of trends the dopamine is so good!! And then it goes out of fashion quick 😳

I stopped searching Pinterest and Instagram for interior inspo. I literally see the same house over and over again and my house was starting to look the same.
